Jyotiprakash Samanta is a seasoned sales professional with over two decades of experience across diverse industries and global markets. Describing himself as a “salesman by choice, not by accident,” he has held a variety of strategic leadership roles spanning sales, marketing, product management, consulting, and service delivery. His professional journey has taken him across geographies—from the East to the far West—enabling him to engage with clients across multiple cultures, nationalities, industries, and domains.
Mr. Samanta has worked with globally recognized organizations including Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Capgemini, Wipro, and Tata Communications. He brings deep strategic insight and operational excellence to every engagement, and currently focuses on sales transformation and career coaching, with a particular emphasis on developing and mentoring emerging sales talent.
As a Community Champion with the AITSP (Association of Indian Tech Sales Professionals), Mr. Samanta actively contributes to mentorship and professional development initiatives aimed at empowering the next generation of sales professionals. Additionally, he serves as a Jury Member, evaluating nominations for awards and certifications to ensure fair and consistent recognition of excellence within the sales community.
